Doors open at 5pm with starkbier tastings, wein, Easy Tiger pretzels and snacks. Find your seat and join one of Austin’s most renowned chefs Jesse Griffiths of Dai Due, for 6-course dinner, paired with Central Texas best strong bier.

All tickets come with a commemorative stein, dinner, beverages, live talks from chef's, brewers, and performances from One Ounce Opera. Not a bier drinker? Traubenhaus will be providing a selection of their imported wines from Germany.
This is a 1700's theme feast. Meals will be served on large platters. We will not have single serving meals at this event. All bier poured is above 7.5% please make sure to drink responsibly. We have teamed up with Fasten to make sure you get home safely. Promo code coming soon.
