Soursop and LeRoy and Lewis are joining forces for a four-course collaboration dinner with beer pairings and special brews from St Elmo Brewing Company.
The dinner brings together elements of smoke and Southeast Asian influence for a killer menu w/ dishes like Smoked Duck and Foie Dumplings, Burnt Ends with Ube Potato Salad, Smoked Duck Prosciutto, and more. Each course will be paired with St Elmo’s signature beers, highlighted by a unique Sichuan Saison brewed for this event.
Welcome beers will begin at 6pm followed by dinner at 7pm. Full Menu coming soon.
