In this workshop, we will explore how this powerful practice allows us to release effort and let our bodies relax into the support of bolsters, blocks, and blankets. Through the support of the props and longer holds of a few simple poses you will release tense muscles, relieve joint aches and sink into deeper levels of relaxation.
