With the endless events & activities throughout the summer in ATX, it can be hard to it find the time to slow down and rest. Get more enjoyment out of your summer by refreshing and renewing your system in this restorative workshop! In this workshop, we will explore how this powerful practice allows us to release effort and let our bodies relax into the support of bolsters, blocks, and blankets. Through the support of the props and longer holds of a few simple poses you will release tense muscles, relieve joint aches and sink into deeper levels of relaxation. Practicing restorative yoga is a great way to advance your flow practice. In a yogic paradox, we can gain more by doing less. Practicing restorative yoga is a great way to advance your flow practice as well as rejuvenate your system.
Come get cozy, give yourself the gift of rest and allow yourself to be nourished by stillness, your body and mind will thank you!
