What is the MELT Method? A self-treatment that anyone can do. In this workshop, I’ll show how a few simple moves using a small, soft ball (included with registration) can help relieve chronic pain and other issues. MELTing also improves the effectiveness of other treatments such as acupuncture and massage. The method is called a “hands off” treatment because one can do the treatment themselves at home.

What does the MELT Method do? The MELT Method reconnects, rebalances, rehydrates and releases our fascia.

What is fascia? Fascia is a three-dimensional, fluid-based flexible network that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, nerves and organs. It’s the only system in the body that seamlessly connects head to toe and skin to bone. It’s the stability system of the body. Daily living causes fascia to become cellularly dehydrated causing it to become less supportive and responsive. Cellularly dehydrated fascia can cause chronic pain, digestive issues, difficulty falling/staying asleep, visible signs off aging and more. The MELT Method addresses these issues.
