Belly dancing is not only a great, fun way to get into shape but it also improves sleep & memory, aids in digestion, decreases back pain & menstrual cramps and much more!
Explore various dance styles while getting a full body workout, using cardio, toning and sculpting along with middle eastern dance techniques and improvisation. Students are given a safe place to explore the body and spirit and become one with them.
All ages, walks of life, and skill level are welcome.
Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a hip scarf/belt.
Wear clothes that make you feel beautiful and are comfortable.
For those attending class there will be tea to enjoy afterwards and chat about the sacred dance of the divine feminine.
