O’Grady will then moderate an interactive panel discussion featuring Tim Riley of Riley-McLean Land and Patrick Rose of Corridor Title. Riley and Rose will share data and their insights on the current and future market based on their many years of experience and respective businesses.

VAIKE O’GRADY, Metrostudy Austin Regional DirectorVaike O’Grady is the Austin Regional Director for Metrostudy, the nation’s leading provider new home market information, housing analysis, and consulting. She is a real estate veteran, with prior experience in both homebuilding and residential development in multiple states and in a variety of market conditions.
She started her career at the Home Builders Association of Maryland, then moved on to hold various public relations, sales and marketing roles in Maryland and in Florida with The Ryland Group (now CalAtlantic Homes). After working with a local Florida homebuilder, Vaike joined Newland Communities, leading marketing strategies and execution for master-planned communities throughout the Southeast. Vaike moved with Newland to Austin in 2010, where she led marketing efforts for the award-winning communities of Teravista, Falcon Pointe, and most recently, Rancho Sienna. While at Newland in Austin, Vaike has held various leadership roles with the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin and the Williamson County Association of Realtors, and she is currently a member of the Management Committee of ULI Austin. Vaike is a licensed Texas Realtor, and she received her Bachelor of Arts Summa Cum Laude from Loyola University in Maryland.
PATRICK ROSE, Corridor Title Founder & President
Patrick founded Corridor Title in October 2010, and serves as its President. He is responsible for managing the company, directing client services and development, and implementing Corridor Title’s growth strategy. He is a graduate of the University of Texas Law School and Princeton University, and was first licensed to practice law in May 2006.
Patrick was born and raised in Dripping Springs, graduated from its public schools, and is active in the Dripping Springs, San Marcos, Austin and New Braunfels communities. Prior to founding Corridor Title, he served Hays, Caldwell, and Blanco Counties for eight years in the Texas House of Representatives. Patrick strongly believes that his responsibility, and that of his valued colleagues at Corridor Title, is to deliver a high quality of customer service, understand these markets and their participants better than Corridor Title’s friendly competitors, and to purposefully serve the communities of our region.
In furtherance of the final goal, Patrick’s civic involvement includes the following: Greater San Marcos Partnership, Secretary; City of Dripping Springs Economic Development Committee, Chair; Real Estate Council of Austin, Executive Committee Member and Events & Communications Vice Chair; Texas State University Development Foundation, Board Member, Treasurer and Co-Chair of the 2016 Strategic Planning Effort; New Braunfels Economic Development Foundation, Executive Committee Member; Texas Land Title Association PAC, Fundraising Co-Chair. Patrick lives in San Marcos with his wife, Anna, and sons, Henry and Charlie, where they are members of Our Lady of Wisdom University Parish.
TIM RILEY, Riley-McLean Land
Tim has been a land broker licensed in Texas since 2005. His transaction history involves various land-asset classes, including recreational ranches, conservation properties, investment properties, REO assets and residential development projects. During his career, Tim has represented buyers and sellers in some of the largest land transactions in Central Texas. With an extensive client list ranging from master-planned community developers to large ranch owners, Tim specializes in large and complex transactions and prides himself on developing long-term relationships with his clients.
Tim earned a Business Administration degree from Ithaca College. He is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Austin Commercial Real Estate Society, Real Estate Council of Austin, Texas Alliance of Land Brokers, and Urban Land Institute. Tim is also a current board member of the Hill Country Land Trust.
