On Sunday, July 23rd at 2:00 pm after the Powerlifting Class, we are having our own Whitney Willis host a free yoga class to our members.
For right now, this will be a one off benefit to our members depending on if it grows in popularity. We will also be playing with the schedule depending on feedback.
She will be teaching a vinyasa yoga class with focus on mobility and flexibility.
