John Englezos is a freelance photographer, a spoken word poet and Melbourne’s 2015 Poetry Slam Champion. He has also been part of the first Australian team representing at the National Poetry Slam in Denver Colorado, 2017
His work centres around notions of hope, identity and wonder.
He has mentored and run workshops for creative people in the fields of live performance and visual arts; is a speaker coach for Tedx St Kilda, is co-host for Faith Speaks and a recently published his first book “If the World Were Upside Down”
Benjamin Solah is a spoken word performer from Melbourne, Australia. He's the founder and Director of Melbourne Spoken Word as well as one of the current co-producers of Slamalamadingdong, where he's coached the first ever Australian team at the National Poetry Slam in 2017. His performative and playful approach to poetics often touches on the political, personal and meta. His forth coming chapbook is 'so there's pub poets page poets and SLAM POETS.'
RikTheMost (aka Rikki Livermore) is an English-born poet constantly seeking understanding; intrigued by the human psychology of choice, motivation, interaction and reaction. His passion for wordplay and deep metaphor has led him to perform all over the UK, including at the Royal Albert Hall, as well as internationally — having just finished a year touring Australia, and about to head on to New Zealand.
He has picked up many slam titles along the way and been commissioned by the BBC to write poems for their WW1 centenary commemorations, with his work being described as «Achingly honest» and forming «a heartfelt connection to the audience» (Sabotage Reviews).
