In this series, you will explore self healing modalities that combat the effects of anxiety in your life and create profound uplifting effects. You will learn tools that will help you to break the psychological, biochemical and physiological cycles of chronic anxiety. By learning about the root causes, triggers and bringing in new and powerful self regulation skills you will be able to manage your anxiety in a manner that will feel empowering and accessible in any moment.
The two hour sessions will include informative and comprehensive presentations, hands on experiences and practices including movement, breath work and deep relaxation. You will not be expected to share your experiences with the rest of the group but you will be expected to practice your new skills regularly throughout the course of the series.
You will walk away with a course manual so that you can continue to embody these new skills once the series is over.
***This workshop is comprised of 4 sessions on the following Tuesdays (August 29th, September 5th, September 19th and September 26th) from 7-9pm. It is essential that you try to attend all four sessions for the best results. ****
