By releasing fascial restrictions, we can alleviate deep-seated pain and prevent injuries, as well as increase muscle performance. Myofascial release is perfect for yogis and non-yogis alike. You will use trigger points and props to explore the major muscle groups and common holding patterns in your back and neck. No yoga poses required!
