About the facilitator: Reagan Pugh

Reagan believes that any moment people are gathered in a room is a gift — an opportunity for collaboration and productive dialogue. Unfortunately, most leaders and organizations waste this opportunity on a daily basis. This is why he co-founded Assemble, a consulting firm focused on designing new ways for teams to collaborate and do their best work together. Reagan co-created and taught a leadership course at Texas State University, Trinity University, and Angelo State University. For five years he was the chief storyteller at the innovation consulting firm, Kalypso, and has been enlisted to help grow two education non-profits in the Central Texas area. He’s passionate about the work of the Epilepsy Foundation, is an alumni of Teach For America, regularly performs improv at The New Movement theater and probably knows more about Batman than you do.
