Join yoga instructor,Gillian West, as she guides through a 75 minute Yoga Nidra class.
In Sanskrit Nidra means «sleep» or the time betweenb sleeping and waking. Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation created to help the body and mind not only to relax, but also to process stress, worry, and anxiety. In this workshop we will talk about the benefits of guided relaxation, then a 20 min flow designed to prepare the body, followed by a 25 min yoga Nidra. Come prepare to move and rest.
