In 2022, the nation of Qatar will host the World Cup. In preparation for the event, 1.6 million migrant workers from impoverished countries are imported to make the necessary structural improvements. THE WORKER’S CUP is the exciting and fascinating documentary about these workers and the small-scale, workers-only soccer tournament they participate in.
