On Wednesday, November 15th from 7:30PM-10pm, Austin Community College's MBPT department — in conjunction with Ableton — will present a music production and performance workshop focusing on Ableton's latest updates in version 10, in Room 4136 (Building 4000 at the ACC Northridge Campus).
You are invited to join Ableton representatives, Certified Trainers, artists as they show unique ways to perform and collaborate using Live, Push and Link. These sessions will also discuss how the latest music software and hardware developments are making connecting with your studio, collaborating with your friends, and developing your own tools easier than ever.
The event is free and open to the public, as well as ACC students.
Serafin Sanchez — (Ableton Brand Manager, Certified Trainer)
(Ableton Local Brand Manager) Serafin Sanchez is a saxophonist, electronic music producer, and Ableton Certified Trainer based in Colorado. He earned his MM in Jazz Performance and Pedagogy from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has performed with artists such as Ziggy Marley, Natalie Cole, Big Gigantic, Devotchka, The Colorado Symphony Orchestra, Flobots, The Glenn Miller Orchestra, Brad Goode, Bob Mintzer, Poncho Sanchez, Ron Miles, The Motet and the USAF Falconaires. He enjoys teaching beginners and advanced users how to better incorporate Live and Push into their music making practice.
