Buddha bowls are the perfect nutrient-dense dish for weeknight dinners, and leftovers pack up well for lunch the next day! Learn how to make a variety of components to build your bowl, from grains, lentils, vegetables, quick pickles, and a delicious dressing! The result is a beautiful bowl using all the colors of the rainbow! All ingredients are vegan, gluten-free, and organic (whenever possible).
