This year, instead of one day of celebration for St. Patrick's Day, we're going to have events at the store all week! As always, free shows and all ages are welcome!
Here's the schedule:
Sunday, March 11, 1:00-2:00PM — Irish Harp, with Thomas «Doc» Grauzer
Doc will be performing Celtic tunes on a modern Celtic harp, as well as a custom made, historic replica of the famous Trinity College Harp. He'll also tell us a bit about the history and symbolism of the Irish Harp.
Monday, March 12, 1:00PM — Afternoon concert with Andrew McKee
Celtic & Renaissance Music
Comedy & Geek Music & Drinking Songs, Too!
Tuesday, March 13, 1:00PM — Bedlam Bards
This fun duo specializes in «Renfolk Music,» that unique blend of Celtic, English, Scandinavian, and American folk music mixed in with period tunes from the Renaissance and Middle Ages that rubs shoulders with the occasional incognito rock song at most Renaissance festivals.
Wednesday, March 14, 1:00PM — Tulstin Troubadours
«One bright spring day, two musicians found themselves playing in harmony around a maypole. Ribbons were wrapped, musical bonds formed, and the Tulstin Troubadours were born. With a gentle yet vibrant sound they play and sing songs of the middle ages and renaissance.»
Thursday, March 15, Noon — Lunchtime Concert with Ky Hote
Folk music and Celtic songs that are sure to put a smile on your face!
This is our last St. Patrick's Day event in Austin, and we hope many of you can join us for the festivities
